Well I was thinking about how Project Phoenix redesigned the Robotech 'Mechs and in the process also brought them artistically into the 21st century. So I thought what would other inner sphere 'Mechs look like if they had been modernized, and so heres the first one.

Clues:
-Practically Armless
-Favored by Liao
-35tons with a nasty punch
-Cheap but reliable
-Painfully slow
