Help Forum Updated
Hails all,
I’m happy (and relieved) to announce that the Help Forums have been completely updated so that all posts have been sorted to four categories. Solved, Unresolved, Announcements and Help Room. All solved and unsolved issues have been moved to their respective catagories. All informational posts have been moved to Announcements or Help Room depending on whether the content is game related. Hopefully this will aid the Community in searching for a solution to previously solved issues.
Future discoveries of known issues or confirmed fixes will now be much easier to locate in the Announcements category. To prevent this valuable information from being diluted with topic-hijacking or multiple users posting unrelated problems… the Announcements category will be locked.
Many posts were abandoned by the original authors despite Staff Members replying with suggestions for fixing the reported issues. These abandoned posts will now be moved to the Unresolved category after sufficient time has been given to allow for an update. Anyone looking for a missing thread should look in this category before assuming something has been deleted. Necro-posting (which some forums abhor) is very much allowed in the Unresolved category if a possible solution has been found. Unfortunately, I still won’t be able to move the post to the Solved category unless the original author of the issue posts a confirmation that a fix has been found.
Our Help Room is now expanded to include general computing help that is not related to MW3. If you have technical fixes or tips for the Community, feel free to share your knowledge for others to benefit. Personally, I’ll be posting more fixes for PC platforms as I’ve been doing more work in that area here recently.
Thanks for your support,
Admin
