The MW3/PM mods have been broken down into the following segments/utilities:

1) MW3/PM Mod Basic 1.0
2) MW3/PM Mod SP Campaigns w/ AI improvements in all Single Player scenarios, Intermediate and Expert levels
3) MW3 Instant Action Location/World Texture Switcher
4) MW3/PM Custom Skin Importer
5) MW3/PM Skin for All Utility or skins will just be added to the Basic Mod
6) New Multiplayer Mission scenarios Map Packs
7) Hopeful future developments
8) Pirate's Moon becomes the main engine for the ultimate in MW3 modding, new mechs,
new weapons, new worlds and campaigns.
9) Eventually I'd like to do a "StarLeague 2750" mod for Pirate's Moon

UPDATED: At present, the MW3 Mod Basic is nearing completion until further develpments arise such as adding mechs, changing worlds.
I am going to put most of the above projects on hold after the release of the following:

MW3ModBasic 1.1.2 patch, coming soon
MW3 Singleplayer Campaign Intermediate mod w/ AI enhanced for all Instant Action (coming soon)
MW3 Pirate's Moon Mod Basic 1.0 first release

Once these are done, which shouldn't be too much longer, I'm going to focus on the work that needs to be done in order to possibly add mechs and change the worlds so that those more important projects can move forward. Help has not come easy and it may very well be that I have to do it myself. Hopefully, the "Mod Basic" version 2.0 will come about when these things are accomplished.

At the present time we have come to the conclusion that adding new mechs, worlds, weapons, and skins to the games is not possible without being able to edit the .exe successfully, and this is highly improbable without the source. So in light of this, only "replacement" mods are possible. The current plan for now is to begin working on mech replacement mods which will simply be versions of mw3 (and possibly Pirate's Moon but not right away) that have had the whole mech lineup replaced with new mechs. These mechs will likely be the same tonnage and tech as the originals they'll be replacing. Within these mech replacement mods will be included groups of new weapons that haven't been done in the first mod to add some variety. If it is possible to re-create the worlds by that time then these "replacement" mods will also include new substitute worlds. The substitution mods might still be compatable with the modded and original singleplayer campaigns. After at least two mech replacement mods have been done I will begin working on the Starleague: 2750 mod for Pirate's Moon, in which all mechs and weapons will be replaced by Starleague Mechs and weapons only.

As for the Instant Action Location/World Texture switcher ideas, these will be on hold for now, as great as these ideas are, but if I find the time between the above projects then we'll see.
